About Toxy

toxy is a programmable HTTP proxy designed for resilience testing under adverse network behavior. It can sit between clients and services and inject conditions such as latency, bandwidth limits, timeouts, or interrupted connections to reproduce failure scenarios. The project is commonly used in integration tests, API reliability testing, and chaos-style experiments for distributed systems and microservice environments.
